Holds moisture and helps with humidity greatly
I find that my ball pythons enjoy this brand more. It holds moisture really well. I don't think I'll ever go back to the other brands.
This is an excellent little tool. It opens the ReptiChip bags well. But can also be used to open other packages, boxes, letters, etc. Convenient and easy to carry.

We have been buying breeder blocks to use for our scaly, slithery, and spidey pets for many years. Reptichip is superior to all other brands we have tried. We are loyal because of the consistency and quality of the products and the superb customer service.
I've used this tool probly more times than I've grabbed the box cutter. I wish it was a little bigger but other than that I love this little gadget
Nm snakes (especially the babies) really seem to love how easily they can burrow into the chips. The fact they don't mold is key to me as well

I have a particular boa that is extremely food motivated and just strikes. She has gotten me a couple times during feeding, but with the reach and strength of these hemostats that is now a thing of the past. I highly recommend.

Since owning ball pythons I have tried so many different substrates. I have used RediChip for 3 years now. I found the breeder blocks were to stringy for my liking so I switched to the RediChip medium chip. I have nothing but great things to say about it! There are no stringy bits, I do occasionally see a Teflon strip but that is to be expected every now an then. All of my snakes have thrived with the bedding. I do wish there was a compressed 72qt option for the Redichip. I have to buy in bulk sometimes and I am not a fan of sifting through to remove the stringy bits that I would in the breeder blocks. I do not recommend purchasing this through a 3rd party. Go straight to the website to order. the 3rd party lost my order*cough* Amazon *cough*.
I have the straight,curved,and hemostasis in oil slick. Color is awesome very nice well made. Alot nicer than I have gotten from others in the industry.
Great bedding a little pricey I wish you got more bedding for the money. I purchase from these guys because it supports american vets.
Reptichip bedding is amazing. The smell is great it doesn’t smell like wet dog. I am loving the bedding. Very easy to spot clean also. I will never go back to Aspen or eco earth
